Objectives

General objective

Implement a digital video recorder kind dash cam with a Raspberry Pi and a web cam.

Install and configure Raspbian OS on a Raspberry Pi.
Install and configure the mpeg libraries and packages required (Stremer, FFmpeg) for recording video from a webcam.
Describe the major commands for editing videos from the console.
Transferring files from a Raspberry Pi to a remote server (manually) from the console.
